These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of watches (“Product”) sold by Foreign Luxury Watch . By purchasing or using our Product, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Product Description
We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, variations may occur, and Foreign Luxury Watch is not liable for minor discrepancies in colour, design, or materials due to screen settings or production updates.
3. Order Acceptance
All orders placed are subject to approval and stock availability. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons including payment issues, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka and may include or exclude applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Bkash Merchant
- Bank Transfer (where applicable)
We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and customs procedures. We are not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched. Ownership and risk pass to the customer upon delivery.
6. Returns and Exchanges

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
7. Warranty
Each Foreign Luxury Watch product is covered by a 24-months warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:

It does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, strap wear)
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

8. Limitation of Liability
